With extensive senior leadership experience including 16 years in board-level HR roles, I bring a strong focus on strategic leadership, organisational change, and business growth. I’ve worked across founder-led, private and listed companies in national and international contexts, spanning sectors such as professional services, business services, education, and healthcare.

I am a Meyler Campbell trained Business Coach, accredited at Practitioner level with EMCC Global and a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.

After completing a History degree at the University of London, I went on to gain an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Manchester.
